Farhat named development director for Monarch Justice Center in Napa
Michele Farhat, “a seasoned nonprofit development executive with a stellar track record spanning over 15 years,” has joined Monarch Justice Center of Napa, as its first development director, according to a news release.
Throughout her career, Farhat has demonstrated a unique ability to revitalize and rebrand nonprofits, spearheading initiatives that resonate with donors and stakeholders alike, said the news release.
“Her creative approach to program development and event planning has resulted in engaging experiences that foster meaningful connections and drive donor involvement,” most recently for Aldea, Inc.
“Michele Farhat is a trailblazer in the nonprofit sector, consistently delivering exceptional results and advancing the missions of the organizations she serves,” said Kim Phinney, board president at Monarch Justice Center. “Her strategic acumen, coupled with her passion for social change, sets her apart as a driving force for positive impact.”

The mission of the Monarch Justice Center is to coordinate, under one roof, a collaborative services model for victims of crime, including human trafficking, elder abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence offering a robust framework for holistic, barrier-free, victim-centered support, said the release.
